I just got back from the SAS Healthcare Forum in Cary, NC. It was a well done events as its is the norm for SAS events. The keynote speaker was Clayton Christensen. Very impressive person. Participants received his book: "How will you measure your life?". I particularly appreciated his comments about what job motivates people:
1. is the work meaningful?
2. is this job going to give me a chance to develop?
3. am i going to learn new things?
4. will I have recognition and achievement?
5. am I going to be given responsibility?
